Prices and payment
Each be provided with the price including VAT 25%. In the basket you can see the total price including all fees, VAT, delivery and payment. We reserve the right at any time to change the delivery, price and performance of a product. Dispatch Daily rates applies. We recommend VISA and MasterCard.
Ordering
Orders are binding and you must be over 18 years of age to order.

To buy from GMF
Ordering easiest and receive your order the fastest in the web shop, but you can also, phone, fax, e-mail your order to the GMF. Remember to always have the item number and quantity, of your goods when you order from us.
Package
To facilitate the downloading of packages, items weighing over 2kg, item offers SMS notification. Enter your mobile number on the form when you order, you'll notice in your phone when the package is available at your delivery point.
Cancellation rights and complaint
In GMF, you always have 14 days. This means that if you are not satisfied with the order you have made so you can return the goods within two weeks and get your money back. What we require of you as a client to invoke the right of withdrawal is that the goods are not used (intact) when they returned to us and that you contact our customer service for orders placed on info@gmf.se for instructions on returning the goods. We do not pay back cash on delivery or billing fees. GMF is not for return shipping of your order. This is not the wrong delievered be then of course we stand for re-shipment! You are required to keep the product in as good condition as when you got it. Merchandise must be unused and in unopened förpackning.Du may not use it, but of course, carefully examine it. If the goods are damaged or lost because you're careless, you lose the right of withdrawal.
Complaints
If you wish to complain about goods, please do so as quickly as possible, contact us at info@gmf.se to get information about the return of your order to us.
For all complaints made a study of the product and possibly sent back to the supplier. This means that it may take longer for you to get money back. Normally you will receive any reimbursement within 14 days. In exceptional cases it may take up to 30 days.
Guarantees.
We provide 1 year on goods, sooner than consumables, such as strings, pipes, cables, plectrum, timber, leather, tubes, etc. The invoice for the warranty certificate, and must be sent with the complaint. Return shipping is not included in warranty. Always call ahead.
Sale / Offer
Not open purchase / replacement on the right junkbox items or barginbox items.
Delivery
We supply mostly 1-2 days, depending on the products in stock. If the article would be temporarily out of stock, then we will notify you in email. If you are in a hurry, leave your mobile number so we can contact you.

GMF takes your privacy seriously and all processing of personal data in line with PUL. Your information will never be disclosed to third parties but will only be used by the GMF for us to perform our obligations towards our customers. You have the right to request access to your data and correct inaccurate, irrelevant or incomplete information.
Security
GMF uses Secure Socket Layers - SSL - when you enroll as a client until you have confirmed your purchase at checkout. We do this in order to protect financial and other information during your purchase. SSL is used to encrypt information and partly to verify the identity of the two involved parties. An SSL connection is characterized by a locked padlock in the browser's bottom edge and that the URL begins with https. We never store your card number but you can always feel safe when you shop with us! False orders will be reported to the police and we will assist our utmost in the investigation.
